The bold and spicy character of Indian Masala Chai - full-bodied, aromatic, and intense. Great as a traditional chia served with milk and sugar but is also a invigorating drink on its own.

Home brewers, meet a cup with a name on it

Philip & Philip roasts specialty lots so your morning is Sidama chocolate-and-fruit, Medellin berry, or Kintamani molasses—not an anonymous grocery blend. Roast level and tasting notes sit on the bag so you know what you are grinding.

18 pin tack

Named origins

Sidama, Medellin, Kintamani, Aceh, Piura, Chiapas—smallholder lots, not a mystery mix.

18 sliders

Roast on the bag

Med-light through dark is listed so you can match pour-over, drip, or espresso.

18 star sparkle

Cup notes you can taste

Milk chocolate, dried orange, dark chocolate, salted caramel—cues written for the sip, not the shelf.

Commit to a roast, or cup a flight first

Farms with coordinates

Sidama Zone at 1700–1900 m, Medellin on volcanic loam, Kintamani, Aceh Takengon, Piura, Chiapas and Oaxaca—each bag names the place, not a continent.

Washed, natural, wet-hulled

Ethiopia dries full natural on raised beds. Colombia is fully washed in solar dryers. Bali is wet-hulled; Sumatra uses giling basah. Process is why fruit, chocolate, or earth shows up in the cup.

Heirloom and named varieties

Indigenous heirloom in Sidama; Castillo, Caturra, Typica in Colombia; Bourbon, SL14, SL28 in Uganda; Tim Tim and Ateng in Sumatra. Variety is the plant behind the flavor.

Match roast and grind to the brew you already make

Use the roast printed on the bag as your starting point, then grind for the method on your counter. House blends call out espresso; Bali also ships as pods.

Fresh bags, more than one way to sip

Single origins, blends, flavored coffees, sample packs, and select pods—choose the format, then brew at home.

Freshness

Formats

Is this actually fresh roasted?

Bags are marked Fresh Roasted. We roast specialty lots for this collection rather than stocking nameless grocery coffee.

When does the next batch go out?

The next roast batch is packing soon. Order the origin or blend you want and it ships with the current roast run.

Can I try more than one origin?

Yes. The Best Sellers Sample Pack is six 2oz tastes: 6Bean, Cowboy, Breakfast, Peru, Mexico, and Bali. Full bags stay on the shelf when you pick a favorite.

Do you only sell whole-bean bags?

The collection includes single origin, blends, flavored coffee, sample packs, and Bali Coffee Pods for the same Kintamani lot.
