Common Questions
Do you offer both coffee and tea?
Yes. We offer 30+ single-origin coffees and blends plus 11 loose leaf teas — black, green, matcha, herbal, and fruit teas. Offices can mix coffee and tea in any delivery, and team members can choose their favorites.
What is the minimum order for wholesale?
There is no minimum for bulk bean or tea delivery. For the equipment program, a 3-month commitment is required. Catering events start at $80.
How often do you deliver?
Weekly or biweekly, depending on your office's consumption. We can adjust the schedule anytime with 48 hours notice.
Do you provide the coffee equipment?
For the Equipment + Beans plan, we provide a commercial brewer (Fetco or Curtis) as part of your monthly program. Maintenance and support are included. For wholesale bean delivery, you use your own equipment.
Can our team choose which coffees to get?
Absolutely. Your team can select from 30+ single-origin coffees and blends, and rotate selections weekly. We provide tasting notes and origin stories for each coffee.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Lakeland and the surrounding Central Florida area. For offices outside Lakeland, we offer shipping on bulk orders.
Can employees buy coffee to take home?
Yes. As part of any B2B program, your employees can purchase retail bags at wholesale pricing (15% off retail) to take home.
